The best exercise for you needs to be one that you enjoy doing which also burns a good amount of calories. Running is a great way to burn calories that you can do anywhere, but some people don’t enjoy it. Swimming, biking, and any other aerobic exercise will all work well. As far as exercising on your trampoline, it really just depends on the length and intensity of your workout. If you’re working up a sweat, then you’re probably fine continuing on it.
If you’re really serious about losing fat, you should bring dieting and weight lifting into your plan. Losing fat is a matter of burning calories…and it isn’t actually that hard to do!
One pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. So if you can create a deficit of 500 calories a day from what you need to maintain your current weight, then you’ll be losing 1 pound a week (and that’s healthy). The more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn everyday, which is why I also suggested weight lifting.
Find an online calculator to figure out the amount of calories you need everyday to maintain your current weight. From there you can figure out a combination of diet and exercise that will create that 500 calories deficit and get you on your way to a great body.
